Step 1
Complete an inquiry form on our Contact page and we will arrage a 30-minute introductory phone call.
You will receive our handbook with rates, policies and procedures following your introductory call.
Step 2
Once we’ve decided that our program is an appropriate fit, we’ll make recommendations for frequency & program length.
We’ll then decide on a schedule & start date.
Step 3
Parents/guardians will receive intake forms via email; these must be completed prior to your child/teens first session.
A service delivery agreement, media release and introductory questionnaire will also be emailed & must be completed prior to session one.
All of these steps are required in order to begin services.
